1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will reopen on April 10, 2024, with reservations opening on March 5. Upon reopening, you will find the return of guest favorites such as the strawberry soup as well as new menu offerings created by the talented culinary teams. An antique organ, Big Bertha, has called 1900 Park Fare home since 1988. When the restaurant reopens you will be able to find her on display as the grand centerpiece in the main dining room.
You will notice carousel theming woven throughout 1900 Park Fare upon reopening, including a beautiful new mural that will serve as the focal point of the restaurant’s entrance. Here are a few other things to look forward to after April 10:
- A refreshed character featuring friends Aladdin in his Prince Ali look, Cinderella, Mirabel, and Tiana in her new look for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
- Enchanting buffet for breakfast and dinner, featuring the return of the strawberry soup! In addition, new menu items dreamed up by the culinary teams will pay tribute to some of the characters and stories you will encounter throughout the restaurant.
- Carousel theming throughout the restaurant. In one of the adjoining dining rooms, you’ll find drawings of carousel animals inspired by classic Disney films like “Alice in Wonderland,” and “The Little Mermaid.” Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for other hidden carousel details when you visit.
- Exclusive new artwork, including twelve new portraits created exclusively for the restaurant by Disney artists. Inspired by the impressionist art style of the 19th and 20th centuries, each portrait will feature a different Disney character.
- At the heart of this unique restaurant is the magic and whimsy of turn-of-the-century gardens and fairgrounds, where people gathered to enjoy the company of others. The spirit of those carefree days is captured in each detail, big and small, and is just waiting to help you create new memories with loved ones.
Reservations for 1900 Park Fare open on March 5 at Walt Disney World so mark your calendars. While you’re there, be sure to check out other ways the resort has received some grand touches that build upon its Victorian elegance with additional storybook charm.
