Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park has reopened its winter-themed water wonderland at Walt Disney World.

Meet & Greet with Santa at Blizzard Beach
Santa Claus is taking time away from his busiest time of the year to drop in to Blizzard Beach Water Park. He will be dressed in his tropical best, sending warm holiday wishes to guests. Stop by Sonny’s Sleds (near the park’s main entrance) from the park open until 12:30 pm each day through December 24.
Delicious Seasonal Treats
Get into the spirit of the season with limited-time food and beverage offerings such as the Peppermint Milkshake, available at Lottawatta Lodge.
Festive Floating Down Castaway Creek
Nothing is better at relieving some of the holiday stress than a float down Castaway Creek in a festive tube. The lazy river passes through mysterious caves and illuminated grottos and allows the opportunity to dip your toes into Mount Gushmore’s refreshing (and heated) spring water.
Gingerbread Cookie Decorating
A favorite time of the holidays is baking cookies and Lottawatta Lodge brings this fun activity and tasty treat together for your enjoyment. Guests can pick up a Gingerbread Cookie Decorating kit for $10.99, which includes two cookies, icing springs, and decorations, ideal for making your own tasty and festive snack.
Holiday Scavenger Hunt
For those with a taste for adventure, get to know Blizzard Beach with a holiday-themed scavenger hunt. Two maps are available, one through Tike’s Peak and one through the Ski Patrol Training Camp. Stop by the Lost Children Hut to pick yours up.
Scavenger hunt maps are available Friday-Sundays now through Dec. 21 and every day Dec. 22-31, 2023.
