Disney’s Riviera Resort gives a nod to the art of the European Riviera and to European Disney artwork.
Walt and Lillian Disney enjoyed many vacations to the European Riviera. Walt regularly sent artwork back to the states and was inspired by the art and literature he experienced in European and particularly France and Italy.
Disney’s Riviera Resort features more than forty signature pieces of artwork including original photos of Walt and Lillian, movie posters from Disney movies, and curated pieces exclusively for this resort.
When I attended the Grand Opening ceremonies, complements of Disney’s Media Relations, I was able to see some of this amazing artwork! Let’s take a look!
