While the Magic Kingdom has had cavalcades and nighttime parades, there haven’t been any daytime parades since the COVID-19 shutdowns – until now.
Full-on daytime parades have returned to the Magic Kingdom with Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.
In the past, Disney typically presented this parade during its Christmas Party events and then held the parade during the busy last two weeks of the year. That tradition has returned.
As in past years, the parade includes Disney characters, dancing gingerbread men and reindeer, and features Santa on his sleigh in the finale.
The Magic Kingdom will present Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade through December 29 at noon at 3:45 PM. On December 30 and 31, the parade will take place at noon and 3:30 PM.
Happy to see a daytime parade return to the Magic Kingdom?
