Old Forester Dinner, A Walk Through time – May 12 from 6:00 to 8:30 pm
Come out to The Edison at Disney Springs for organized mixology and dining experience. You are invited to take a walk through time, sampling a variety of aged Old Forester, Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Featured ages are 1870, 1897, 1910, and 1920. In addition to a tasting of each whiskey, guests will also enjoy a four-course meal, featuring dishes uniquely prepared to highlight each aged bottle.

1 oz. Old Forester 1897 paired with Peppered Steak and Arugula salad
1 oz. Old Forester 1910 paired with 1/2 Lobster Tail in bourbon brown butter sauce
1 oz. Old Forester paired with Peaches and Bourbon
The Old Forester dinner will take place on Thursday, May 12 at The Edison’s Tesla Lounge. Tickets are $150 per person and are extremely limited. Ages 21 and older. You can book here
May mixology series
May 10, 17, and 25 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
During select evenings in May, The Edison at Disney Springs is hosting its monthly mixology program featuring Espolon cocktails and accompanying bites. Each week guests will be offered two delicious cocktails, coupled with Mexican-inspired dishes, selected to highlight the smooth tequila.
The tastings and bites will take place at The Edison’s Lake Side Patio on May 10, May 17, and May 25 from 6 pm until 8 pm. Tickets are $65 per person and are extremely limited. Ages 21 and older. You can book here
