Walt Disney World has announced that all of the Skyliner lines will be down for refurbishment from January 22-29, 2023. January is a normal time of year for the Skyliner to close down for refurbishment. In years past, one or two lines stayed open during routine maintenance. This will be the first year that all of the lines will be closed for an entire week.
The Disney Skyliner is a fairly new form of transportation at Walt Disney World Resort and connects four resorts to two Disney parks. It’s a fun way to glide above the world and enjoy a bird’s-eye view as you travel from one location to the next.
Disney will be increasing the busses for those resorts during the week of shut-down for those resorts directly affected by it.
