The Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind riders have been enjoying a Holiday Remix overlay for a couple of days longer than initially planned. The Christmas version had a custom track called “Run Rocket Run” that was inspired by a number of different holiday songs. The end date was initially set for December 30 but guests reported the overlay was still running on January 1. However, as of January 2, the holiday soundtrack and references have been removed. The EPCOT attraction has returned to its regular version.
As was the case before the holidays, one of the following tracks will play during the ride: “September,” “Disco Inferno,” “Conga,” “Everybody Wants to Rule the World,” “I Ran,” or “One Way or Another.”
