Bob Iger Says Most Expensive Annual Pass, the Premier Passport, Will Not Return

Disney CEO Bob Iger announced that Disneyland and Walt Disney World would not be bringing back the Premier Passport, the company’s most expensive annual pass offering.

Iger stated during the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, that there was “not enough interest” and the Premier Passport “didn’t really achieve much in the way of accessibility.”

The Disney Premier Passport allowed U.S. residents access to both the Walt Disney World Resort parks and Disneyland Resort parks for a year. When the Premier Passport was introduced in 2010 the price was $700. At the time it was discontinued during the pandemic, the price was over $2,000.
