The 2024 D23 Ultimate Fan Event is being hosted in Anaheim, California in August of 2024. It has just been announced that ticket sales will begin on March 26, 2024.
The official dates for the D23 Ultimate Fan Event, which is no longer considered an expo, are August 9-11, 2024. The event will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center. Other events taking place surrounding the week include a D23 Day at Angel Stadium for the Los Angeles Angels vs. New York Mets on August 4.
Hotel bookings for the event are open now and can be accessed from the D23 website.
The “Expo” portion of the title was eliminated by D23 in September 2023, citing a post on X (formerly Twitter) that it’s “no longer just an Expo, but a Disney fan event like no other.” The D23 Ultimate Fan Event will include shows and entertainment offerings, with the larger presentation taking place at the Honda Center, an 18,000-plus-seat arena, located about 10 minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center.
D23 also hosts Destination D23, a fan event at Walt Disney World, and will also host a new fan event in Brazil, the first for Latin America.
