Disney Reveals Country Bear Musical Jamboree Music Featuring Classic Disney Songs

As we draw closer to the Country Bear Musical Jamboree reopening, Disney has revealed some of the classic songs that will be performed as part of the reimagined show.

In a YouTube series from Walt Disney Imagineering, “We Call It Imagineering,” the second episode announces a list of songs that will be performed in the new show. The setlist includes “A Whole New World,” “Try Everything,” and the previously-announced “Bear Necessities.”

The video captures recording artists and engineers in a studio in Nashville, Tennessee, where songs are being recorded for the show. In the video, Emily Ann Roberts can be seen recording “Try Everything” as the voice of beloved bear Trixie.

You will also see Allison Russell and Christopher Scott Thile recording “A Whole New World” in the video. Listen closely and you will hear the audible in the background of the country version of “You’ve Got a Friend in Me.”

Recording sessions for the Country Bear Musical Jamboree took place on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee, and featured musicians recording country-fied versions of the Disney classics.

Country Bear Musical Jamboree is a brand-new show replacing the previous Country Bear Jamboree. The new show is set to open this summer at Magic Kingdom.
