Let’s RUSH! at Disney Lookout Cay

Vibrant Bahamian culture coupled with beloved Disney entertainment can be found as we explore the culture of Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!

The signature festival of The Bahamas, ‘Rush! A Junkanoo Celebration’ at Disney Lookout Cay immerses you into the culture with colorful parades of dancing and music. Follow along, and you can join a parade to the Goombay Cultural Center, where Mickey Mouse and pals will join the celebration!

The Disney Fun in the Sun Beach Bash is in full swing over at the Play-Play Pavilion. At this beach party, you will be able to play fun games along with Disney friends, all while accompanied by Disney tunes arranged and performed by Bahamian artists.

Your entire family will have a blast taking part in Goofy’s Good Day Limbo, Pluto’s Pineapple Ring Toss, and Chip ’n’ Dale’s Water Brigade!

Listen carefully when you’re at Disney Lookout Cay and you’ll hear music brought to life by musicians and artists from across Eleuthera and The Bahamas. You will hear a new original song, “Ery’ting Cool,” produced in collaboration with Walt Disney Engineering and two local producers.

While you’re visiting Disney Lookout Cay, make plans to see your favorite characters in their brand-new tropical looks. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, and Chip ’n’ Dale look so festive in their fashions created by Bahamian fashion designer Theodore Elyett. The designs capture the spirit of Junkanoo with their print, patterns, and textures that include natural Bahamian materials like raffia.
