Disney Conservation’s sponsored turtle Ebb has won the Sea Turtle Conservancy’s Tour de Turtles race!
You may recall that Ebb made her way back into the ocean on July 27 to kick off the race. She swam over 1,100 miles from the coast of Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Ebb is now the first Disney-sponsored turtle ever to take the gold!
Another turtle, Flo, sponsored by Disney Cruise Line, is also making waves swimming over 700 miles! These turtles are helping scientists learn more about sea turtle behaviors and support Disney’s conservation efforts.
