More about ‘Disney The Tale of Moana’ on the Disney Treasure
Beginning with the first scene, this sensational show will take you across land and sea. The set design and musical elements were inspired by the cultures of the Pacific Islands throughout, which inspired Moana’s classic tale, “An Innocent Warrior.” The show begins with vibrant dance and songs in a mix of languages including Tuvaluan, Tokelauan, and Samoan. Also, it includes the first stage performance of the song “Warrior Face,” inspired by traditional Hana.
The Walt Disney Theatre stage will be filled with larger-than-life puppetry throughout the show, including the largest puppet Disney Cruise Line has ever created. The massive, fiery Te Ka towers over the audience before transforming into the gentle island goddess, Te Fiti. Memorable songs from the film will be featured in the show.
