Disney Cruise Line is sharing a first look at the Dining and Beverage experiences aboard the Disney Destiny!
The Sanctum
The Sanctum is Disney Cruise Line’s first lounge inspired by the powerful sorcerers and mystical artifacts of Marvel Studios’ “Doctor Strange.”
Inspired by Doctor Strange’s New York Sanctum, this venue will feature mystical items designed to aid sorcerers in protecting the world. Unique design details influenced by the shapes and symbols of the sorcerers’ Rune Shields, along with familiar icons like the Cloak of Levitation and spell books from the library of Kamar-Taj, guests will find plenty to discover.
The centrally located entertainment parlor will host activities throughout the voyage while offering guests of all ages a magical array of cocktails, spirits, and coffees.
- Circle of the Cosmos – Brunswick Aces Diamonds Gin, verjus blanc, and fresh lemon juice garnished with a lemon peel spiral
- Vapors of Valtorr – Grey Goose Altius Vodka, ginger beer, fresh lime juice, and butterfly pea flower syrup topped with berry-flavored bubbles
- Stuffed waffles with custard cream filling
- Stuffed waffles with mixed berry compote filling
Edna Á La Mode Sweets
Edna Mode’s lab, where the famed fashion designer from Pixar Animation Studios’ “The Incredibles” whips up fashion choices for the Supers, will be transformed into this one-of-a-kind confectionery aboard the Disney Destiny.
An Incredible menu of handmade gelato, ice cream, candies, and specialty treats will be served from Edna Mode’s lab, including cupcakes inspired by the heroes of the Parr family, decadent gourmet popsicles, homemade chocolate bar,k and — of course — an endless supply of fan-favorite Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums.
- Violet’s Cupcake – Purple Velvet Sponge Cake with white chocolate mousse, purple mirror glaze, sprinkles, and chocolate décor
- Mr. Incredible’s Cupcake – Double Chocolate Fudge Cake with chocolate truffle mousse, dark chocolate velvet finish, gold confetti, and chocolate décor
- Edna À La Mode Cupcake – Vanilla Marble Sponge Cake with white chocolate mousse, red mirror glaze, sprinkles, and chocolate décor
- Elastigirl’s Cupcake – Orange-Almond Cake with raspberry mousse, orange chocolate velvet finish, sprinkles, and chocolate décor
- Edna À La Mode Shortbread Cookie – Shortbread cookie with vanilla frosting, dulce de leche filling, and chocolate décor
- Edna À La Mode Chocolate Bark Postcard (white chocolate, dark chocolate, and chopped cookies ‘n cream cookies) and Jack-Jack Chocolate Bark Postcard (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and mini chocolate chip cookies)
