Maria & Enzo’s at Disney Springs
If Mom is craving Italian, then head to Maria & Enzo’s, serving its Sicilian cuisine-inspired brunch menu on Mother’s Day (May 11) from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Indulge in favorites like the Crunch Toast, a cornflake-crusted brioche with Nutella mascarpone and strawberry compote, plus the Salmon Board, including tomatoes, red onion, capers, chive, mascarpone, hard boiled eggs and toasted schiacciata bread.
