Just in time for Dry January, Maria and Enzos’ at Disney Springs will offer their second Aplós Pairing Event on Friday, January 9 at 7 p.m. The Functional Friday Dinner is a carefully crafted, alcohol-free evening of Italian dishes paired with functional, botanical beverages.
Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero will combine their culinary expertise to take guests on a flavorful journey. A great kick-off to Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, racers and non-racers alike can enjoy Italian-prepared grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, and more, alongside inventive zero-proof Aplós blends that won’t cause a hangover on the course. Tickets are limited and start at $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.
