Disney is all set to roll out a new mobile phone feature for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
Car Locator (sponsored by State Farm), is a new way to help you find where you parked your vehicle. The new technology will soon be a part of the My Disney Experience App this summer. Disneyland guests can expect the new feature sometime later this year.
The Car Locator will come free of charge and will use GPS location technology to remember where you parked. WDW guests who are visiting Disney Springs, Disney’s Water Parks, or ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex will also be able to utilize the new feature. Operating the new addition to the apps is simple. Guests just need to enable location permissions on their smartphones or manually enter their parking spot into the app. After their fun day of Park Hopping has ended, open the app to find the location of your car!
