Disney and Pixar are preparing to revisit the vibrant Land of the Dead with a sequel to their 2017 animated hit, “Coco.”

The confirmation came during Disney’s annual shareholder meeting, where CEO Bob Iger shared that “Coco 2” is currently in early development. While specific plot details remain undisclosed, the movie is scheduled for a theatrical release in 2029.
