Disney Springs has no shortage of dining options, from full-service restaurants to snack stops to grab-and-go favorites. But sometimes, what you really want is simple: a hot slice of pizza, a cold drink, and a comfortable place to take a break.
Pizza Ponte delivers exactly that, and I had a chance to check it out during a hosted visit at the restaurant.
Located in Disney Springs in the same area as Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, Enzo’s Hideaway, and The Edison, Pizza Ponte is a quick-service Italian spot known for oversized pizza slices, Sicilian-style options, salads, pastries, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to stop in without committing to a long meal.

A Classic Disney Springs Stop With Italian Style
From the outside, Pizza Ponte fits beautifully into the larger Disney Springs dining district. The entrance has a vintage Italian theater-style look, with the Maria & Enzo’s sign rising above and the glowing “Pizzeria” sign welcoming guests below.
Inside, the restaurant is bright, casual, and efficient. Guests move through a serving line where the large slices are displayed behind glass, making it easy to point, choose, and get on with your Disney Springs visit.

That is part of the appeal here. Pizza Ponte is not trying to be a long, drawn-out dining event. It is a convenient, tasty stop for families, couples, shoppers, and anyone who wants something hearty without a reservation.
The Pizza: Big Slices With Plenty of Personality
Pizza Ponte is best known for its large Roman-style slices and square Sicilian-style slices. The menu includes familiar choices like cheese and pepperoni, but there are also more interesting combinations for guests who want to try something beyond the basics.
One of the standout slices we tried was the Il Gladiatore, topped with pepperoni and sausage. This is the slice for meat lovers. The toppings bring a savory, slightly spicy flavor, while the crust has enough structure to hold everything together without feeling too heavy.

The cheese was nicely browned, the edges were perfectly crispy, and the slice felt substantial enough to serve as a meal on its own. For guests who want a classic pizza experience with a little extra punch, this is a strong choice.
Parma Cotto: A Richer, Creamier Slice
The Parma Cotto was one of the more memorable options of the meal. This slice featured ham and ricotta, giving it a richer and creamier flavor than a standard cheese or pepperoni slice.

The ricotta added a soft, almost luxurious texture in the center, while the ham brought a salty balance. This is a good option for someone who wants pizza, but also wants something that feels a bit more special than the usual theme park slice.
It also photographs beautifully, with the browned cheese, curled pieces of ham, and creamy ricotta making it one of the most distinctive-looking items we tried.
Funghi: A Mushroom Lover’s Pick
For guests who enjoy mushrooms, the Funghi pizza is a great option. This slice was topped with mushrooms and plenty of melted cheese, creating a warm, earthy flavor profile.

The mushrooms added depth without overpowering the slice, and the golden cheese gave it that satisfying comfort-food quality. It is not the flashiest item on the menu, but it is exactly the kind of pizza that works well when you want something savory, filling, and a little different from pepperoni.
A Cool Orange Frozen Drink
To go with the pizza, we tried the Orange frozen concoction beverage. This was a fun surprise.

The drink was cold, refreshing, and had a bright orange flavor that made it a nice contrast to the warm, cheesy pizza. On a hot Disney Springs day, this is the kind of drink that immediately makes the meal feel more relaxing.
It also fits the setting well. Disney Springs can be busy, and after walking around in the Florida heat, a frozen drink is a welcome treat.
Save Room For Cannoli
Of course, no Italian-inspired meal is complete without dessert, and Pizza Ponte’s traditional cannoli was a delicious way to finish.

The shell had a nice crisp texture, the filling was creamy, and the chocolate chips on each end made it feel extra indulgent. The powdered sugar gave it that classic bakery-style look, and it was easy to share — though you may not want to.
Pizza Ponte also offers other sweets, including tiramisu and cookies, but the cannoli is a great choice if you want something that feels traditional and satisfying.
What Makes Pizza Ponte Special?
Pizza Ponte works because it is simple, convenient, dependable, and delicious. It is the kind of place that solves a common Disney dining problem: you are hungry, you do not have a reservation, and you want something that feels like a real, high-quality meal.
It is especially useful for families because pizza is usually an easy crowd-pleaser. It is also a good value compared with many table-service options, since one large slice can be enough for a lighter meal.
The restaurant also has the advantage of location. Being right in in the heart of Disney Springs means you can stop in before shopping, after a movie, before a show, or as part of a relaxed evening away from the parks.
Final Thoughts
We had a very positive experience at Pizza Ponte. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, the serving line made ordering easy, and the food was flavorful and filling.
The Il Gladiatore is a great pick for meat lovers, the Parma Cotto stands out as something a little more unique, the Funghi is a solid choice for mushroom fans, and the traditional cannoli is well worth saving room for.
Pizza Ponte is not complicated — and that is exactly why it works. It is quick, tasty, and satisfying, making it a great Disney Springs stop when you want a good slice of pizza and a sweet finish.
