During the D23 Expo in Anaheim, executive Josh D’Amaro made several announcements regarding the Disney Cruise Line:
– The Disney Cruise Line’s sixth ship will include a new design concept, and the name of the ship will be the Disney Treasure.

The Disney Treasure will feature a brand-new design motif — the theme of adventure — which will pave the way for epic experiences that immerse guests in some of Disney’s most legendary stories. Inspired by the grandeur and mystery of a gilded palace, the Grand Hall will welcome guests on board with the irresistible allure of adventure. (Disney)
– The Disney Wonder will move to Australia and New Zealand, with the first sailings in October 2023.
– The Disney Wonder repositioning cruises will go to South Pacific.
– Disney continues work on its second private port location, Lighthouse Point in the Bahamas. The design of the port will be inspired by the stories of the Bahamas. Disney announced that 90% of the facility’s power will come from solar energy. Disney released concept art of the facility. Let’s take a look!
