The policy for Disney Cruise Line since returning to service last summer has been to require all guests, regardless of vaccination status, to take a COVID-19 test before sailing.
The Cruise Line has just announced that beginning in September those regulations will be changing.
For passengers sailing aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and Disney Wonder, beginning on September 23, 2022, fully vaccinated guests will no longer be required to participate in COVID-19 testing in order to sail. Guests sailing aboard the Disney Magic will join the other ships on November 7, 2022, fully lifting the mandatory testing requirement for vaccinated guests.
Guests who are not fully vaccinated must continue to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken 1-3 days before the sail date; however, guests who are not fully vaccinated will no longer be required to take a second test at the terminal on the day they board the ship.
Glad to see Disney Cruise Lines is easing COVID-19 testing regulations?
