It is often easy to complain when something doesn’t go well during your trip to Disney World, but it is even more important to provide positive feedback when hard-working Cast Members go the extra mile to make a positive impact.
In October 2021, Disney launched a new Mobile Cast Compliment feature in the My Disney Experience app. That feature has created more than 25,000 compliments, and now Disney has made it even better.
Guests can now compliment individual Disney Cast Members by their first name and hometown. Simply choose a positive sentiment from a drop-down, and enter the Cast Member’s name, hometown, and date of interaction. If you don’t know the Cast Member’s name, you can share a compliment about something that happened in a specific location.
To access the Mobile Cast Compliment, search for “Cast Compliment” in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
