Santa Claus will once again meet and greet guests at Disney Springs via a virtual queue.
Santa meet and greets will be open from November 8 through December 24 in the Disney Springs Marketplace, near Disney’s Pin Traders, taking over the former Star Wars Trading Post.
Once you arrive at Disney Springs you can use the My Disney Experience app to enter the virtual queue to meet Santa. The virtual queue will be open multiple times throughout the day:
- 9:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m.
- 1:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m.
Only one person in a party must request to join the virtual queue for the entire party. They will receive a push notification from the app when it is their turn to meet Santa. The push notification will open a link to a digital entry code. The digital entry code can also be accessed in the app by selecting the 3-line menu icon and tapping “Virtual Queues.”
A standby queue will not be an option and the virtual queue is subject to availability. There is a maximum party size of 10 people.
While you wait for your time to meet Santa Claus, consider taking in other holiday offerings at Disney Springs, such as the Christmas Tree Stroll, select limited-time food and beverages, a Santa Sleigh DJ, nightly snowfall in Town Center, and North Pole letter-writing in Once Upon a Toy, and much more!
There will also be Santa Claus meet and greets at each of the theme parks, including a brand new meet and greet in DinoLand U.S.A.
