Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park will reopen on November 6 following a lengthy refurbishment period. Disney’s frostiest water park is opening the gates once again, just in time for the festive holiday season!
Here are some planning tips to keep in mind when planning an arctic journey to Blizzard Beach:

New Disney Water Park Seasonal Pass
The new pass allows guests to visit Disney Water Parks repeatedly through May 24, 2024. The cost of the pass is just $79 plus tax. A great stocking stuffer!
With the seasonal pass, there are no block-out dates and no reservations required. Free parking is included!

New and Returning Food and Beverage
In addition to returning favorites at Lottawatta Lodge, Polar Pub, Frostbite Freddy’s, and more, some new items will be featured at Arctic Expeditions:
- S’mores Churros – Churro bites topped with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow whipped cream, chocolate sauce and toasted mini marshmallows.
- Banana Split Churros – Churro bites topped with banana slices, sliced strawberries, pineapple chunks, cookie and brownie pieces, chocolate and caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry.
For savory new flavors, visit the Warming Hut and check out the new Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings and the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings.

Tike’s Peak Splash Area for Kids
The “Frozen” themed hangout features Anna and Elsa in their igloo castle and a wading pool just for kids to splash around with Olaf and his Snowgie pals.

Teamboat Springs
One of the world’s longest raft adventures can accommodate up to six riders on an epic whitewater adventure.

Toboggan Racers
Or maybe you’re the “need for speed” type. If so, plan to compete amongst guests on mats down an eight-lane slalom style, 250 ft. long “toboggan” water slide race featuring three exhilarating dips and hills.

Ride on Cross Country Creek
If you prefer a slower, more scenic journey, the lazy river will take you through mysterious caves and illuminated grottos and entice you to dip your toes into Mount Gushmore’s heated spring water.

The Holidays with a Tropical Twist
Don’t forget to schedule some time to hang out with Santa while he relaxes at his favorite vacation destination. All of your favorite holiday flavors, peppermint shakes, and cookie decorating will be available in addition to limited-time treats.
Nothing beats spending a winter day in the Florida sun with your friends and family so plan to purchase a Disney Water Parks Seasonal pass, gather the family, and head to Blizzard Beach!
