The Magic Kingdom isn’t the only park seeing the return of a previous nighttime spectacular.

Along with the return of “Happily Ever After” at the Magic Kingdom, it was announced that “EPCOT Forever” will once again light-up World Showcase Lagoon at EPCOT. Guests previously thought that the show was gone “forever,” but a release by Disney gave us quite a surprise.
Let’s take a look at what we know so far:
- Starting April 3, 2023, “EPCOT Forever” will serve as an interim nighttime show at EPCOT. Disney has stated that the return of “EPCOT Forever” will allow Imagineers to put the finishing touches on EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular (we are still awaiting additional details on this show). April 3, 2023, will also be the opening day for “Happily Ever After.”
- The last performance of “Harmonious” will take place on April 2, 2023.
- It was also announced that Disney Parks will implement a “phased removal” of the fireworks platforms from World Showcase Lagoon following the final “Harmonious” performance.

We will update you on information regarding EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular as details become available over the coming months. Until then, make sure to head over to EPCOT to enjoy “EPCOT Forever” once again!
Are you excited to see “EPCOT Forever” make a return to World Showcase Lagoon?
