The annual New Year’s Eve “Fantasy in the Sky” fireworks will return to Magic Kingdom on December 30 and 31, 2023, according to the Walt Disney World calendar.
There will be two presentations on both nights at 6:30 pm and 11:50 pm so that guests with young children will not have to stay up to midnight to enjoy the show. This also provides guests with multiple opportunities to see the show.
Premiering in Disneyland in 1958, “Fantasy in the Sky” was the very first Disney fireworks show ever presented. Over the years, versions have been performed at Magic Kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris with significant changes.
