Disney Springs is gearing up for the grand opening of eet by Maneet Chauhan, a fresh addition to its culinary landscape. The much-anticipated restaurant, described as “modern, fun, Indian-inspired,” was initially introduced to the public in July 2023. After months of anticipation, the official opening date has finally been unveiled: December 4, 2023.
The announcement of this exciting development was made through Disney Springs’ official Instagram account on December 2.
The brainchild of Indian American chef Maneet Chauhan and her husband Vivek Deora, eet by Maneet Chauhan is set to inhabit the space once occupied by Wolfgang Puck Express, which permanently closed its doors in late 2020. Positioned within the same expansive building as Disney’s Days of Christmas shop, the restaurant is conveniently situated near popular spots like Earl of Sandwich and Goofy’s Candy Co.
