Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs has undergone a fun and frightful transformation with Halloween decor, eerie eats, and sips. The Hangar Bar will feature the ghoulish digs now through November 4.

The Halloween-themed decor will serve up frights and frills, taken from Jock’s Halloween collection. When you visit the Hangar Bar during this spooky season, prepare to be immersed in Halloween spirit and playful touches.

Starting at the front entrance, you will be greeted by pumpkin scarecrows, including one who is flying an airplane. He is mimicking the spirit of Jock Lindsey, but with a chilling twist.

Blending the cozy glow of vintage lanterns, the Hangar Bar has become a warm and inviting retreat that feels more charming than scary. You will feel like you have stepped into a nostalgic Halloween party from decades gone by. When dining in the diving bell, you quickly notice you’ve got company as a patch of Jack-O’-lanterns flickers playfully throughout the night right above your head.

Keep your eyes peeled in the far corner of the bar and look for a cardstock band of Beistle-style black cat decorations. Seemingly plotting their next Halloween croon, their mischievous eyes watch you as you sip on your chosen concoction.

The entire Halloween decor collection has been added to Jock’s memorabilia from his rollicking pilot adventures. Can you spot “Bigelow’s Air Circus” banner perched high above and to the right of the bar?
Bigelow’s Air Circus is a reference to the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer, and you may even see another reference to the film on a ‘South Seas Club’ coaster during your visit.

Jock’s pet boa constrictor must be on the move, because, once again, Reggie’s cage is empty. When he returns, he’ll need to slink past a set of retro blow molds with expressive faces dancing with light.

Festive tinsel garland, popularized in the 1940s, zigzags in front of Jock’s treasures, including a banner for his win in the National Air Races.

To complement the 1940s Halloween decor, you will find nine new and exclusive sips and nibbles on the Halloween Hangar Bar menu. Enjoy tasty bites, such as the Alien Invader Sliders and Phantom Dumplings. Or sip on beverages like The Spike Trap and Caldron Cooler. You can see the full Hangar Bar menu here.
Who is Jock Lindsey?
Jock is Indiana Jones’ barnstorming pilot who stumbled upon Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based tip in Central Florida.
His attraction to the town’s natural springs landed him here, where he bought waterfront property and settled down. He then built an airplane hangar as his home base, and thus Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar was born.
The bar is packed with artifacts and references that tie into both Indiana Jones stories and the larger Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.) universe, suggesting that Jock was either a member or closely connected to the society. His hangar became a meeting place for adventurers, blending the world of Indiana Jones with Disney’s rich mythology of exploration and global mystery.
Whether browsing shops at Disney Springs, enjoying live music, or sampling Halloween-inspired menus, the Halloween Hangar Bar is just the beginning of the celebration of Halloween.
