This Disney Cruise Line has made a change to its policy that impacts guests who recently recovered from COVID-19.
Disney’s new policy mentions that people who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may still test positive. If they test positive within 11-90 days of their sail date, they may qualify to be considered as “90-Day-Recovered.”
Guests who are “90-Day-Recovered” are not required to participate in COVID-19 testing during the Pre-Sail, Embarkation, or Disembarkation phases of their voyage if they have appropriate documentation and approval.
Here are the documents guests need to upload:
- Copy of a previous positive COVID-19 test result – more than 11 days and less than 90 days from the expected sail date.
- Antigen, NAAT, rapid PCR, or lab-based PCR test qualify
- The test result must include your date of birth.
- A signed letter from a licensed healthcare provider or public health official stating the guest has recovered in the last 90 days and is cleared for travel.
- Proof of vaccination, in addition to their 90-Day-Recovered documentation, for vaccinated guests.
Guests must bring these documents to port.
