New Disney World Restaurant: Indian Restaurant Coming To Disney Springs This Year

“Chopped” judge Maneet Chauhan and her husband, entrepreneur Vivek Deora, are bringing a new Indian restaurant to Disney Springs later this year. Maneet Chauhan’s EET has been described as a “modern, fun Indian-inspired concept.” Disney has not announced additional details, including an exact opening time frame or location.

About Maneet Chauhan

Chauhan was previously the executive chef of several restaurants in Chicago, Nashville, and New York. She was awarded a James Beard Award of Excellence. On “Chopped,” Chauhan joined the popular cooking competition series as a judge in season 6 and has been a consistent part of the series from seasons 9 through 51. She has also appeared on “The Next Iron Chef,” “Iron Chef America,” and as a judge on “Worst Cooks in America.” In 2021, she won the Food Network’s Tournament of Champions. Her husband Deora owns 23 restaurants across America.
