Here are some more updates from the recent Disney media event for Hollywood Studio’s 30th anniversary, which I was able to attend courtesy of the nice folks at Disney Media Relations.
All parties include good food, and Disney is delivering big time. These treats highlight the three legs of the park’s future: Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Star Wars, and Pixar.

This raspberry mousse comes with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate imprinted with the 30th anniversary logo.The tres leches cake is topped with whipped cream, fresh strawberry, strawberry candy, and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo.This looks good: lemon cheesecake with blueberries, white chocolate pearls, and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo.On my: key lime and graham crackers with whipped cream and a white chocolate 30th anniversary logo.The Pixar Luxo ball is made from mango mousse, banana sponge cake, and caramel chocolate.Remember this former park icon? Lemon sponge cake with vanilla Swiss buttercream, lemon curd, and white chocolate glaze.The Incredibles macaroon really pops – red and black almond macaroons with mango passion ganache.The Minnie Mouse’s Celebration Cake is made with yellow cake with strawberry cream, strawberry marshmallow, and strawberry pearls.The Mickey Mouse’s Celebration Cake is made with chocolate sponge cake with chocolate cream, vanilla marshmallow, and passion fruit pearls.It’s the dark side: Kylo Ren Cupcake is made with peanut butter and chocolate cupcake.
