Newly Refurbished Blizzard Beach Reopens November 13 With Frozen Characters

Get ready to take the plunge!

Disney’s Blizzard Beach has been closed for an extended refurbishment since January of 2022. We are excited to share the news that the guest-favorite water park will reopen on November 13, just in time for the holidays! The newly-refurbished park will include some touches from the popular Disney film “Frozen.”

Tike’s Peak will be the “hot” spot of Blizzard Beach as the little ones will be able to experience some cool new miniature slides and attractions. Children will have a blast splashing around in front of Anna and Elsa’s igloo castle, or playing with Olaf and his snowgie pals in the warm wading pool. “Frozen” themed fun for all!

New Food Offerings

Plan to ring in the holiday cheer with limited-time food and beverage offerings. Along with the tasty treats, Blizzard Beach will offer daily snowfall, holiday music, festive inner tubes, and even a tropical-dressed Santa!

New and returning culinary creations will delight your senses. Savor brand new bites like Cajun Shrimp and Grits, or enjoy a returning favorite, the Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Wet your whistle with the all-new Watta-Melon Passion Lemonade from Lottawatta Lounge, or stick with the always-popular 50th Ice Dream Sand Pail Sundae.
