Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Adds Food Options

New bites and brews are coming to Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting on November 18.

A pair of new “real food” items along with some tasty cocktails will be on the menu. The first option is an Umbaran Cheese Roll: A spice-dusted pretzel bun stuffed with herbed cheese and a dipping sauce.

The other food dish is the Thruster Roasted Bantha Flatbread. This is naan flatbread topped with spiced chorizo beef and a four-cheese blend.

To wet your whistle some delicious new cocktails will be on the menu. The first is the Nysillin and Bubbles with Grub Berry Essence. Made from 1908 Gin, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and blueberry lime juice, the cocktail is topped with tonic water and garnished with an edible hibiscus flower.

Next up is the Bloody Rancor with Candied Meat. Made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and house-made bloody mary mix garnished with spicy candied ranch bacon, this drink is sure to please.

The Sylop is Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and jalapeño with a chili-lime-seasoned rim.

Last but certainly not least is the Corellian Spike Cold Brew. This one is concocted from Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew, vanilla, brown sugar syrup, and orange bitters topped with purple vanilla-use foam.

Reservations are recommended for Oga’s Cantina in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Olga’s is open from 10:00 am until park close.
