Rosa Mexicano Restaurants announced plans to open in the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in early 2023. The opening will be the first Orlando-area location for the restaurants. Currently Rosa Mexicano has locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maryland. Additional openings are upcoming in Connecticut, Virginia, North Carolina and Las Vegas. The elevated fiesta dining experience will include award-winning margaritas and signature menu items.
Piloted by Manuel Trevino, Vice President of Culinary, Rosa Mexicano will offer guests a unique culinary experience. The 5,500 square-foot restaurant will boast a seating capacity of 300 guests, including a 30-person bar and a private dining room for 50.
Guests will have the opportunity to have a first taste of Rosa Mexicano during the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic on November 11 & 12. The restaurant will feature a tasting station during the popular annual festival.
Rosa Mexicano will eventually replace the current Fresh Mediterranean Market and will be located in the Dolphin. Fresh Mediterranean Market will remain open until further notice.
