Santa is a busy guy, especially this time of year. He will still be happy to spend a bit of time with you, but he has gone high-tech, so you will need to get a Virtual Queue Reservation.
Starting Friday, November 12, guests at Disney Springs can use the My Disney Experience app to set up their time to talk with Mr. Claus, who will share some individualized time with fans at the Once Upon A Toy store.
Guests must be at Disney Springs in order to join the queue, which will open at 9:00 AM and at 4:00 PM.
You can visit Santa from November 12 through December 24, 2021. After that, he will either be very busy or resting, until next year.
