Disney Springs’ popular “Sip, Savor, and Stroll” event will return on March 13. A host will lead guests through The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s where they will enjoy curated food and drink pairings. You’ll kick off the event with a stop at Enzo’s Hideaway for speakeasy-style bites and beverages. From there you will stroll to Maria & Enzo’s for a delicious Sicilian pairing. The evening will conclude with a toast to the Roaring ’20s with a bite and sip at The Edison.

Here is the tasty menu for the evening:
First Stop: Enzo’s Hideaway
Sip: Hibiscus Sangria – Lakeridge cabernet sauvignon, Florida orange liqueur, hibiscus, apricot brandy, orange, cinnamon
Savor: Crudo di Tonno – bluefin tuna crudo, panelle di ceci, citrus, parsley, pistachio, tangerine extra virgin olive oil
Second Stop: Maria and Enzo’s
Sip: Mango Basil Chiller – Bacardí rum, Chinola mango, basil-infused agave nectar, lime juice, Tajín
Savor: Bruschetta alla Calabrese – grilled house focaccia, marinated shrimp, ’nduja, salsa verde, petite basil
Third Stop: The Edison
Sip: Cherry Cordial – Cazcabel blanco tequila, crème de cacao, cherry, cream (dairy-free available)
Savor: Black Forest Cake – dark chocolate cake, vanilla cream, kirsch-infused cherries, shaved dark chocolate
