Starting in 2025, guests staying at a Disney World Resort Hotel will enjoy complimentary access to either Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach water parks as part of their accommodation package.
Included in their stay is a one-day ticket to either water park, valid on their check-in day only.
Since 2020, these water parks have operated on a rotating basis: Blizzard Beach is typically open to guests during the autumn and winter months, while Typhoon Lagoon opens throughout spring and summer. This means that at least one Disney water park is usually open year-round unless the weather forecast calls for low temperatures. Those temperature-related closures usually happen just a few days a year, between December and February.
Starting February 27, 2024, Walt Disney World Resort will start to offer hotel packages for the 2025 season, featuring this exciting water park perk.
