Fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies will be thrilled to learn that one of the main characters will soon be at EPCOT ready to meet and greet with his fellow Terrans.
Star-Lord showed up on Disney Parks’ Instagram account dancing his way through EPCOT, apparently on his way to meet guests in a new meet-and-greet. The Instagram post ended with the words “Star-Lord will return to EPCOT on 9/29.”
Back in 2019, EPCOT hosted the Guardians of the Galaxy – Awesome Mix Live! show, but none of the characters have found their way back into the park since, where the wildly popular Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride has its home.
We don’t know exactly where he’ll meet yet or if he’ll ever have other Guardians join him during his meets, but we’re excited to have him back on his home planet for a while. Now, who’s going to tell him that the Universe of Energy is no longer around?
