While you’re staying aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, you’re going to want to visit every nook and cranny to really enjoy all of the details that are everywhere.

One trip each guest must take is visiting the starcruiser’s Bridge to learn about its systems and how to operate them, including weapons and shields. With the interactivity of a stay aboard the Halcyon, these are skills that may come in handy during a journey through this adventure-filled galaxy.

I had a chance to check out a preview of the Galactic Starcruiser experience, courtesy of the nice folks in Disney Media Relations.

Let’s take a look:

 

The bridge is the control room for the ship, where you can play interactive games with other players to protect ship from asteroids and even shoot at other enemy ships.

 

Will you know which button to push? The characters and cruise ship attendants are nearby to help you out.

 

There are several areas so the multiple guests can interact with the bridge at the same time.  All the training exercises, or games, happen where your group works together.
