From 1998 – 2017, the Cirque du Soleil show La Nuba ran in Disney Springs (even back when it was called Downtown Disney). Now, a new show is nearly ready to premier.
The new show will be called “Drawn to Life” and tickets are on sale now.
Drawn to Life tells the story of Jule, a girl who learns that her father left behind an uncomplete work of animation. Julie takes a journey through her Disney-fueled childhood memories and learns about new possibilities for her future.
The show is a unique collaboration between three different groups: Walt Disney Animation Studios, Walt Disney Imagineering, and Cirque du Soleil.
Previews begin on March 20, 2020, and the show officially opens on April 17, 2020. You can purchase tickets here.
Cirque will present the show is the same location as La Nuba, the giant white structure on the West Side of Disney Springs.
