For the first time since 2019, Walt Disney World has announced that all six parks will be open at the same time! That includes the four theme parks, plus both water parks. In honor of the 30th anniversary of Blizzard Beach this week, both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon will be open for guests from May 21 through September 7.
Guests can choose from the tropical shipwreck oasis of Typhoon Lagoon and the frosty fun of Blizzard Beach. But before the summertime fun can begin, Blizzard Beach will close for a brief refurbishment from May 1 to May 20 to be ready for all the summer fun!
All of the extra water slides, lazy rivers, and splash activities will join the lineup of special deals, new shows, limited-time activities, and entertainment heading to Walt Disney World this summer, specifically geared for families with children. It will be hard to contain the excitement as you count down towards the end of the school year and the start of summer!

Resort guests are already kicking off their stay with a splash with free water park admission on arrival day in 2025, and now, starting on May 21, they can choose from Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon!
