Wailulu Bar & Grill will soon open its doors at the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. This brand-new, casual walk-up pool bar and grill will begin serving guests on December 17, 2024.
Located along the water’s edge of Seven Seas Lagoon, you will be surrounded by Polynesian-inspired artwork crafted exclusively for this location. Enjoy stunning views as you dine, and as the sun goes down, Wailulu Bar & Grill will offer fireworks views from Magic Kingdom Park.
Wailulu Bar & Grill will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so venture over and take your taste buds on a journey. The menu celebrates the flavors of Polynesia with influences of the Pacific Islands, from Easter Island and New Zealand to Fiji and Guam.
The tasty cultural highlights include Sweet Potato Hummus with Breadfruit Tostones, Spiced Ham Musubi, and Chocolate Cake with the essence of Kona coffee. In addition, the beverage menu is masterfully crafted and combines modern flavors of the Polynesian Islands with classic ingredients like hibiscus flowers, sea, yuzu, pandas, oolong tea, coffee, and passionfruit. Stand-out sips include cocktails, the Pandan Gin Gin Mule, and Passionfruit and Pineapple Daiquiri. You can also enjoy non-alcoholic specialty beverages such as the Hibiscus Iced Tea and Yuzu Oolong Tea Lemonade.
