Housing created for Disney College Program participants, Flamingo Crossings Village, is now leasing to Walt Disney World Cast Members. Cast Members can share a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment for $869 per month.
Located less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, Flamingo Crossings Village was originally designed for students participating in the Disney College Program. New Cast Member options are open to those working at Walt Disney World who are not part of the Program. The property is located just west of the intersection of Highway 429 and Western Way.
There are four different options for Cast Members to rent:
- The Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Shared features two twin XL beds in each room. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer are shared. It’s approximately 1,009 square feet.
- The Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Private features one king bed in each room. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer are shared. It’s approximately 1,009 square feet.
- The Four Bedroom, Two Bathroom features one full XL bed in each room. There are two shared bathrooms. The kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer are shared. It’s approximately 1,271-1,394 square feet.
- The Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom features one full XL bed and one bathroom in each room. The kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer are shared. It’s approximately 1,477 square feet.
Fully furnished apartments including furniture, kitchen essentials, Appliances, and a Smart TV. Residents will also have access to the Flamingo Crossings Village amenities, which include internet, swimming pools, a fitness center, gaming room, monthly social events, and more.
