In a short announcement on the Walt Disney World website, Disney announced that the resort is doing well after Hurricane Milton, and they are currently assessing the impact the storm has had on the property.
The Disney website post says:
We’re grateful Walt Disney World Resort weathered the storm, and we are currently assessing the impacts to our property to prepare for reopening the theme parks, Disney Springs and possibly other areas on Friday, October 11. Our hearts are with our fellow Floridians who were impacted by this storm.

While all of the theme parks, Disney Springs, and other entertainment areas remained closed for the rest of today, October 10, it looks like we will at least see the parks and Disney Springs open back up on October 11. No opening times have been provided yet. Keep watching for more updates as they come.
