Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will close for a short refurbishment from May 12 through May 21, 2025. The closing was reported on the official Walt Disney World website.
The other dining locations at the resort will continue to be available to guests, including Territory Lounge, Roaring Fork, Geyser Point Bar & Grill, and Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White.
Whispering Canyon Cafe will still serve its annual Mother’s Day brunch on May 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Regular breakfast and lunch menus will not be available during this time.
Well-known for its shenanigans (“I need ketchup”) and games with Cast Members sassing customers in good fun, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers hearty Western fare with all-you-care-to-enjoy skillets.
