Disney has made the opening of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser a priority, and has continued construction during the COID-19 pandemic. The boutique resort promises a one-of-a-kind, immersive Star Wars experience that connects to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
It seems that we are getting closer and closer to the opening of the resort, which should open in 2021.
Disney has posted a job opening for a Hotel Services Director at disneycareers.com.
Disney is looking to hire a senior leader with at least 10 years of experience in either the hotel or cruise line industry. The Director will lead and implement the two-night Star Wars experience. The company wants someone who can balance a traditional hotel experience with a new type of entertainment.
