Kevin Returns to Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Are you a fan of Kevin, the giant bird from Disney Pixar’s film “Up”? If so, get ready to crow with delight as the walk-around Kevin character is returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom on January, 23 2022.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney Announces Opening Dates for New Shop and Restaurant: Disney has announced that it will open a new merchandise location called Jessie’s Trading Post, as well as the long-anticipated Roundup Rodeo Barbecue table-service restaurant, in 2022.
Indiana Jones Adjust Some Showtimes: The Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular recently reopened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The reopening marks the first time the show has entertained guests since live performances were shut down in March 2020. Disney Parks is now making changes to the start times of the stunt show.
EPCOT
Our Highlights from Festival of the Arts 2022: This year’s festival includes some dishes that look as good as they taste. Thanks to the nice folks at Disney Media Relations, I had a chance to check out some of the festival’s highlights.
New Festival of the Arts Festival Merchandise: As with all the festivals that call EPCOT and Disney World home, the 2022 Festival of the Arts has some great merchandise (beyond all the delicious and beautiful food). This year, everyone’s favorite purple dragon – Figment – is front and center.

Disney Reopens COVID-19 Testing Site: Located at 3020 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, Florida, the testing location will offer both guests and Cast Members the opportunity to receive a PCR test. The site will be operated by Northshore Clinical labs and will be open from 8 AM – 5 PM daily. Although the tests will be free, it is by appointment only.
Disney Rolls Out New Strollers: Disney World has rolled out new strollers themed to Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, replacing thousands of the previous designs.
D23 Members Can Now Get Free Shipping: D23 members can now receive free shipping on all shopDisney.com orders! The offer is good until January 25, 2022, and is exclusive to members who are shopping online. In addition to free shipping, D23 Gold Members can still apply their 10% discount on orders of $50 or more.
