Disney Cruise Line has announced that the maiden voyage of the Disney Destiny will take place in December 2025. Bookings will open on August 9, 2024.
It is unknown if the bookings will be open to the general public on that date, or if Castaway Club members and other select groups are given an advance booking window.
Disney will announce additional Destiny-related details from July 30 to August 1. Itineraries have yet to be announced for the Disney Destiny, although they have been confirmed for the rest of the fleet.
The Disney Destiny is the latest in a series of new ships joining the fleet, joining sister ships, The Disney Wish and Disney Treasure. Future ships include the unnamed 4th Wish-class ship commissioned by the Oriental Land Company in Japan and the Disney Adventure. Updates to the Disney Dream are expected this fall.
