Sam Eagle Sipper Cups Land at EPCOT: Calling all Muppet fans: a brand new sipper cup has just landed at the America Adventure in EPCOT.The sipper features Sam Eagle and can be purchased at Regal Eagle Smokehouse for $16.29. Here’s a look at Sam Eagle Sipper details.

Regular Version of Guardians of the Galaxy Returns to EPCOT: The Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind riders have been enjoying a Holiday Remix overlay for a couple of days longer than initially planned. The Christmas version had a custom track called “Run Rocket Run” that was inspired by a number of different holiday songs. The end date was initially set for December 30 but guests reported the overlay was still running on January 1. However, as of January 2, the holiday soundtrack and references have been removed. The EPCOT attraction has returned to its regular version.
Fitness Fridays Return to Walt Disney World: The Disney Parks Blog recently posted that Disney Springs Celebrates Health & Wellness presented by AdventHealth, along with Fitness Fridays, would be returning to WDW this year. Thanks to the help from AdventHealth, guests are able to take part in a ton of health-related activities throughout the month of January. Here’s a look at Disney’s most recent update.

Foodie Guide to Festival of the Arts Released: If you’re someone who anxiously awaits the Disney Foodie Guide for the EPCOT festivals, the wait is over! EPCOT will soon kick off the first major festival of 2023 with the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and we now know what to expect this year. Several favorite offerings will return, including the deconstructed dishes. It appears that Figment will be heavily represented in both merchandise and theming.
